Solicitud de reserva de nombre.
Con base en la solicitud de la apoderada de la parte demandante y con el ánimo de proteger la intimidad del actor y la de su familia, con el presente auto se ordena que en toda publicación de la sentencia T-592/10se sustituya el nombre del peticionario por uno ficticio.
Así mismo, se ordena al juzgado que profirió el fallo de primera instancia, que se encargue de salvaguardar la intimidad del accionante, manteniendo la reserva sobre el expediente.

- Primero. Ordenar a la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional que los nombres del accionante de la sentencia T-592 de 2010 sean suprimidos de toda publicacion actual y futura del fallo.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Relatoria de la Corte Constitucional que en la pagina web de la Corte Constitucional se reemplace la version actual de la sentencia T-592 de 2010 por la que resulte de cambiar los nombres y datos que permitan identificar al peticionario por datos ficticios, providencia que se anexa al presente auto.
- Tercero. Ordenar por Secretaria General al Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Bogota, que profirio el fallo de primera instancia en el proceso de tutela instaurada por Tadeo3 contra el Instituto de Seguro Social, se encargue de salvaguardar la intimidad del accionante, manteniendo la reserva sobre el expediente.
